Clydeport Grain Store

As main contractor, Molplant coordinated the design and build of a new 10,000 m2 bulk storage warehouse at KGV Dock in Glasgow’s docklands. Commissioned on time, the project was completed in 35 weeks with Molplant managing all site piling, steel erection, cladding, concreting and electrical works.

Molplant Civil Engineering and Surfacing Divisions carried out all groundworks, plant operations and site surfacing. Part of an exciting regeneration programme, the storage facility is now occupied by a major international grain merchant.
